Green Lake, WI CAPTure™ Installation

K&A is working with the Green Lake Association (GLA, Green Lake, WI) to help address lake water quality concerns. Like many inland lakes, Green Lake faces in-lake problems driven by excess nutrient loading in its watershed. K&A is working with the GLA and the Green Lake County Land Conservation Department to retrofit a detention basin with our CAPTure™ phosphorus removal system. This particular basin drains overland and underdrain flow from roughly 100 acres of agricultural land. This system will remove phosphorus near its source, before it can enter creeks that flow into Green Lake. It is part of a multi-pronged effort to reduce watershed loading and address Green Lake’s water quality concerns.
